Under the Šatas Legal name, founder and attorney Edvinas Šatas has been practising since 2020. From the outset, the firm has worked with technology startups, Web3 projects and early-stage investors.
He began his legal career in 2013 as an intern at the Prosecutor General’s Office of the Republic of Lithuania. In 2015, he joined TEGOS and later WINT Law Firm, where he was part of the team from its inception.
From 2020, Šatas Legal operated as the law office of Edvinas Šatas. In 2026, Šatas Legal was established as a professional partnership of advocates.
